<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which a first substrate including an organic EL element provided thereon and a second substrate for sealing can be favorably bonded even in the case of a microdisplay small in dimension, and a method for manufacturing the display device. <P>SOLUTION: The display device includes: a first panel having a plurality of organic EL elements in a display region of a first substrate; a second panel having a metal film on a second substrate and arranged to face a surface of the first panel, the surface being on a side of the plurality of organic EL elements in the first panel; a sealing frame surrounding the display region and disposed between the first panel and the second panel; and an adhesion layer comprising a photocurable resin filled into an inside of the sealing frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
