<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly detect an action of a moving member moved by electromagnetic driving force with a simple structure, and to certainly diagnose the generation of abnormality. <P>SOLUTION: An actuation detecting shaft 67 is connected to a lower end portion of a motor shaft 65 of a step motor, and an upper end portion of a valve shaft 53 energized by a spring is made to abut on a lower end portion of the actuation detecting shaft 67. At a regulating position in an axial direction of the actuation detecting shaft 67, a plurality of claw-shaped projecting members 68 projecting out in a diametrical direction from an outer peripheral surface of the actuation detecting shaft 67 is arranged. A projecting member 69 contacting with the projecting member 68 at each position of the actuation detecting shaft 67 according to moving forward/backward action of the motor shaft 65 is fixed on a lower part of an electromagnetic driving portion. The projecting members 68 and 69 are contacted with each other when the motor shaft 65 moves to the minimum position or the maximum position in a movable range, thereby generating vibrations or sound. Therefore, by detecting the vibrations or the sound with a sensor 70, the movement of a shaft body (a moving member) can be directly detected by a simple structure, and the generation of abnormality can be certainly diagnosed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
