The twist-beam device has a twist-beam axle (1) which comprises two longitudinal arms (2,3) and an interconnecting cross element (4). An actuator (9) is provided, through which the force (F) affecting the twist-beam axle transversely to the direction of longitudinal extension of longitudinal arms is applied for moving the beam axle. The actuator is engaged on the longitudinal arms with the applied force.
