Monitoring cameras photograph by moving to a specific location according to a safety prediction program. Monitoring cameras deliver the photographed image and voice information to main equipment(40) of an operating chamber(1) and a central control office(20) by a two-way method through a wired/wireless LAN(Local Area Network) and a mobile 3G/4G-Wi-Fi module(30). The main equipment of an operating chamber confirms and stores the photographed image through a monitor(45), and a central control office receives the photographed image.
