<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous polyurethane resin composition that is excellent in water resistance and to provide a coating film that is excellent in dust resistance and is suitable as an agricultural film. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous acrylic urethane resin composition includes a resin containing 20 to 80 mass% polyurethane resin and 80 to 20 mass% acrylic resin. The polyurethane resin is an aqueous resin composed essentially of an isocyanate compound represented by formula (1) and the acrylic resin is an aqueous resin produced by polymerizing (c) a (meth)acrylic monomer.
