摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin type optical and electrical mixed flexible printed-wiring board facilitating the positioning of light-receiving/emitting devices and an optical waveguide and the sealing of an optical path or the like, and a method for mounting the light-receiving/emitting devices on the same. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting device 2 and a light receiving device 3 are in a bare chip form, and are a surface emitting type light emitting device and a surface receiving type light receiving device having electrodes 2a and 3a on opposite surfaces of a light emitting portion 2b and a light receiving portion 3b respectively. The light emitting device 2, the light receiving device 3, and an optical waveguide 4 are mounted on one surface of a flexible printed wiring board body 1A. The light emitting portion 2b of the light emitting device 2, an optical waveguide core 4, and the light receiving portion 3b of the light receiving device 3 are arranged substantially coaxially.
