<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio network system capable of minimizing a ratio of a dead area in which communication quality is deteriorated, and keeping high quality in an area having high publicity such as a public office or a corporate contract user area where preferential connection is permitted at the time of disaster. <P>SOLUTION: A radio network system comprises: a radio quality information collection part 65 for collecting radio quality information from each of a sensor terminal installed in a significant area and a general terminal used by a user receiving communication service; an identification part 66 for identifying first and second radio quality information on the basis of at least one of identifiers for identifying the sensor terminal and the general terminal; and a deterioration detection part 67 for detecting deterioration in radio quality in the significant area by using the identified first radio quality information, and detecting deterioration in radio quality in the general area in which the general terminal exists by using the second radio quality information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
