<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head capable of reducing cross talk and improving throughput by increasing liquid ejection frequency. <P>SOLUTION: This inkjet recording head includes a substrate 2; an orifice plate 3 in which an ejection opening 7 for ejecting liquid is formed; and a liquid chamber 5 formed between the substrate 2 and the orifice plate 3. The substrate 2 comprises a pressure-generating element 6 which faces the ejection opening 7, and the pressure-generating element 6 generates, when energized, a pressure for ejecting the liquid from the ejection opening 7 in a pressure chamber R being a portion facing the pressure-generating element 6 in the liquid chamber 5; and a supply opening 2A provided around the pressure-generating element 6 and supplying the liquid to the liquid chamber 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
