<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which uses a rolling shutter method and is capable of photographing an image of a following subject according to whether the subject is followed without distorting the image of the subject. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: imaging means for photographing an image in a rolling shutter method; motion detection means for detecting a motion amount of the imaging device with respect to a subject; focus detection means for detecting a focusing degree with respect to the subject; distortion correction means for correcting an image distortion caused by the rolling shutter method by changing each line reading position of the image; and control means for determining a correction amount of the distortion caused by the rolling shutter method from the motion amount detected by the motion detection means and the focusing degree detected by the focusing detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
