<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably arrange a load measurement sensor by avoiding interference between the load measurement sensor and other members and prevent upsizing of a seat, when the load measurement sensor is mounted by setting an extended shaft section horizontal. <P>SOLUTION: In a mounting structure, the load measurement sensor 30 is mounted in a height adjustment mechanism 7 while the extended shaft section 31 is set along a horizontal direction. The height adjustment mechanism 7 is a mechanism which displaces the height of a side frame 2a relative to a mounting member 15 via a link mechanism L which is formed by links connecting the side frame 2a and the mounting member 15.
