<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply device suppressing a water quantity supplied to a hot water tap when switching a hot water supply route. <P>SOLUTION: The hot water supply device includes: a hot water storage tank 14 with a hot water outlet 11 and a water inlet 13; first and second mixing valves 15, 16 mixing water with hot water from the hot water outlet 11; a first switching means 21 selecting, as a supply source passage for supplying hot water to the hot water tap 17, either of a hot water flow passage 18 for sending the hot water from the hot water outlet 11 to the hot water tap 17 via the first mixing valve 15 and a hot water flow passage 20 for sending the hot water from the hot water outlet 11 to the hot water tap 17 via the second mixing valve 16 and an auxiliary heater 19; and a second switching means 34 setting either of a branch passage 33 branched from the hot water flow passage 20 and a water supply pipe 12 in a water flow state for supplying water to the water inlet 13. When the hot water coming out of the hot water outlet 11 becomes lower than a predetermined temperature, the branch flow passage 33 is set in the water flow state. When the measured temperature of a temperature sensor 36 becomes equal to or higher than the predetermined temperature, the hot water flow passage 20 is selected as the supply source flow passage, and the water supply pipe 12 is set in the water flow state in place of the branch passage 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
