摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control device which can execute call control efficiently and also can offer high quality communication services, and an information redundancy method used in call control. <P>SOLUTION: An active call control server 61 comprises: a call processing control unit 611 which exerts call processing control in a hierarchically constructed function unit; and a synchronous processing control unit 613 which transfers frequently updated data among the data retained when a call control signal was received to a standby call control server 62 with such timing that, even when information on preset change points after synchronous processing of the information previously stored in the active call control server 61 and of the information stored in the standby call control server 62 is lost, call control processing can be restored, and transfers less frequently updated data in preset constant cycles to have the information stored in the active call control server 61 and the information stored in the standby call control server 62 synchronized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
