<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand rail cap piece which is easy to use for a user when walking and of which construction workability can be improved, and to provide a cap piece material for hand rail allowing the hand rail cap piece to be configured. <P>SOLUTION: A hand rail cap piece is formed by externally fitting a cap piece material 1 consisting of thermoplastic synthetic resin to a core material 2. The cap piece material 1 is formed substantially like a polygonal prism and is provided with a corner part 4 covering a corner support part 3 formed in the core material 2, and in the corner part 4, a fluid flow passage 6, which can introduce a high temperature fluid 5 for heating from the outside, is formed in a position closer to an outer wall 4b in the thickness direction than an inner wall 4a of the corner part 4 to configure the hand rail cap piece. Meanwhile, a cap piece material for hand rail is configured by performing extrusion molding of the thermoplastic synthetic resin to form a polygonal prism-like shape and forming the fluid flow passage 6, which can introduce a high temperature fluid 5 for heating from the outside, in the position closer to the outer wall 4b in the thickness direction than the inner wall 4a of the corner part 4 in a longitudinally passing manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
