摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solar cell module ensuring excellent connection reliability capable of withstanding the long term heat cycle while minimizing deterioration in the characteristics of a solar cell, or the like, due to the heating incident to connection of the solar cell and a conductive sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a solar cell module comprising a solar cell, and a conductive sheet connected electrically with the solar cell includes a step of hot pressing a laminate where an electrode of the solar cell and the conductive sheet are arranged to face each other with an adhesive film stuck onto one side of the conductive sheet interposed therebetween, so as to harden the adhesive film and to connect the electrode and the conductive sheet electrically. The adhesive film is formed at least of a thermosetting epoxy resin, a potential hardener and organic elastic particulates, and the content of the organic elastic particulates is 20-55 mass% based on the total amount of the adhesive film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
