<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subdivided filling method and a subdivided filling system which when simultaneously manufacturing commodities respectively including rather much, normal and rather less amounts of materials respectively filled in large, medium and small packs, can dispersedly perform subdivided filling of rather much, normal and rather less amounts of materials in a range matched with the capacities of respective containers and can prevent generation of additional preparation due to lacking of a preparation amount and disposal of materials due to excess of a preparation amount. <P>SOLUTION: In the subdivided filling method and the subdivided filling system for subdividing a preparation amount while dispersing filling amounts in a predetermined range, individual filling amounts are measured and integrated, individual filling target values after calculation time are calculated from the integrated filling amount, the preparation amount, the number of subdivided filling packs and the number of filled packs, targets of filling amounts in a predetermined range are changed, and filling target values for subdivided filling are instructed and fed back. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
