摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger capable of preventing over discharge of a high-voltage storage battery and a low-voltage storage battery while continuously charging of the high-voltage storage battery to return to normal state at the time of output drop of the high-voltage storage device. <P>SOLUTION: The charger includes: a high-voltage storage battery 103; a first power converter 105 connected to the high-voltage storage battery to charge it; a low-voltage storage battery 104 for supplying power to loads; a second power converter 106 connected to the high-voltage storage battery to charge the low-voltage storage battery and to supply power to the loads; charging state monitors 505, 103 for monitoring charging state of the high-voltage storage battery; and a control device 108 for controlling the first and second power converters and the loads, where the loads contain loads which are connected to the control device, the first and second power converters and the low-voltage storage battery, and the control device limits supplying power from the second power converter and the low-voltage storage battery to continuously charge the first power converter when the charging state monitors determine that the charging level becomes a predetermined value or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
