摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode active material for a lithium ion secondary battery having high capacity and excellent cycle characteristics, a manufacturing method of the same, an electrode for the lithium ion secondary battery, and the lithium ion secondary battery.

SOLUTION: The negative electrode active material for the lithium ion secondary battery in which metal alloyed with lithium or two or more alloys with that metal formed on a carbon fiber, manufacturing method of the same, the electrode for a battery containing the negative electrode active material obtained by the method, and the lithium ion secondary battery using the electrode are employed.
