<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively prevent rusting on a cut surface (upper end) of a buried pipe. <P>SOLUTION: In a bollard foundation construction method in which a vertical hole for arranging a columnar bollard is formed in a concrete floor, a cylindrical metal blockout pipe 1 is arranged in such a manner that an upper end 1a of the blockout pipe 1 is lower than a concrete floor surface C<SB POS="POST">G</SB>; an annular collar 3 along an inner peripheral surface of the upper end 1a of the blockout pipe 1 is arranged in such a manner that an upper end 3a of the collar 3 reaches a level as high as/higher than the concrete floor surface C<SB POS="POST">G</SB>; concrete C is placed around the blockout pipe 1 and the collar 3; and subsequently, the collar 3 is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
