<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new paper feed roller and an efficient manufacturing method of the paper feed roller, without requiring assembly of a roller body and a shaft, which causes deformation of the roller body and the like, and requires manhours and labor. <P>SOLUTION: In this paper feed roller 1, the roller body 2 and the shaft 3 are integrally formed of a resin composition including urethane-based thermoplastic elastomer and resin beads.
