PURPOSE: A construction method for a reinforced wall block for retaining soil is provided to stably construct the reinforced wall block regardless of the skill of a worker. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for a reinforced wall block(10) includes: a step of forming a foundation by leveling ground and setting concrete(A); and a step of laying the reinforced wall blocks with a predetermined number of hanging grooves(11) on the set concrete. A truss(20) comprises main members(21) equipped with hangers(21a) and auxiliary members(22) which intersect with the main members, and is connected to the rear of the retaining wall blocks by inserting the hangers into the hanging grooves. A mesh body(30)filled with a filling material(C) is installed at the rear plane of the truss to prevent the filling material from being separated therefrom. The filling material fills the inside of the truss. A rear filling member(D) fills the rear plane of the truss to an identical height to the upper planes of the retaining wall blocks, and then the rear filling member is compacted. A geogrid(50) is installed along the upper planes of the retaining wall blocks, the truss, and the rear filling material.
