PURPOSE: A shock absorbing device of a safety belt is provided to improve the operational performance thereof by smoothly moving a buffer rod and a guide rod upward because oil blocked by the buffer rod moves through a fluid moving hole of the guide rod. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing device of a safety belt comprises a body part(10), multiple blocking ribs(14), and a buffer rod(16). Oil(O) is charged in a hollow inside of the body part, and multiple parts are embedded in the body part. The multiple blocking ribs are arranged inside the body part and are protruded toward the inner side of the body part. The buffer rod is installed in the body part and vertically moves. If the buffer rod is positioned in the multiple blocking ribs by external shock, the moving speed of the buffer rod successively decreases. The buffer rod comprises a guide rod(22) and a fluid moving hole(26).
