PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outboard motor control apparatus which includes a transmission and configured to reduce a sense of deceleration produced during shift transmission when finishing acceleration and to prevent the occurrence of pitching due to trim-up, regardless of specifications of a hull.
SOLUTION: The outboard motor control apparatus, which includes the transmission and a trim angle adjusting mechanism and can be mounted on the hull, determines whether acceleration is instructed to an internal combustion engine by a ship handler when a second speed is selected by the transmission, operates the transmission to change a gear position from the second speed into a first speed (time t2) when determining that the acceleration is instructed, and operates the trim angle adjusting mechanism to start trim-up (time t3) when an engine speed NE is a predetermined speed (second predetermined speed) NE2 or higher, a navigation acceleration a is a predetermined value (second predetermined value) a2 or lower, and the navigation acceleration a being changed to be lower is determined, after changing the gear position into the first speed.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
