<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide health food capable of exerting excellent cosmetic effect. <P>SOLUTION: The health food contains a collagen hydrolysate, an extract of swine placenta, a depolymerized polyphenol derived from lychee and ascorbic acids as cosmetic components.
