<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back sheet for solar cell which is less likely to warp even if it is subjected to hot press and/or moist-heat aging, and in which a polymer layer is less likely to peel off from a sealing material and/or a support, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor, and a solar cell module of large yield. <P>SOLUTION: In a polymer sheet for solar cell including a first polymer layer, a second polymer layer, and a polymer support in this order, the first polymer layer contains a polymer selected from a group consisting of a fluorine polymer and a silicon polymer, the first polymer layer is in contact with the second polymer layer, and the roughness of interface between the first and second polymer layers is in the range of 0.2-3.0 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
