<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an adjustment with much less stress while avoiding giving unpleasant feeling or an adverse influence to a user. <P>SOLUTION: A slide bar is displayed on a display panel 62 in animation reproduction, music reproduction, photographing or the like. A user slides to operate the slide bar to the touch panel 61. When the slide bar is slid to be operated to the touch panel 61 by the user, and it is determined that the speed of the slide operation is faster than a set speed, a control part 2 controls the adjustment amount on the basis of the set speed. On the other hand, when it is determined that the speed of the slide operation by the user is equal to or slower than the set speed, the control part 2 controls the adjustment amount on the basis of the speed of the slide operation.
