<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control reduction of the amount of generation of discharge products by a discharge product device. <P>SOLUTION: The discharge product generating device includes: a body case 1 with an air inlet 6 and an air outlet 5; a blowing means 7 provided in an air passage communicating from the air inlet 6 to the air outlet 5 within the body case 1; and a discharge product generating means 9 provided in the air passage. The outer peripheral side surface of an upper part of the body case 1 is located in the outside of the outer peripheral side surface of a lower part of the body case 1. An inclined part 4 connecting the upper part and the lower part of the body case 1 is disposed between the upper part and the lower part of the body case 1, and the air inlet 6 is disposed in the inclined part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
