<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for cutting protrusions of a steel pipe having protrusions on the outer surface thereof that can cope with the shaking of the steel pipe during the deformation or rotation thereof by a simple configuration, and improve workability and work efficiency by reducing a work time. <P>SOLUTION: The protrusion cutting device 10 arranged at a cutting side 15 of a steel pipe 14 horizontally rotatably set on support rollers 11 and 12 includes: a base 16; an upper and lower swing arms 20 and 21 whose bases are rotatably provided on the same axis, and whose tips are arranged at an interval so that the swing arms can swing vertically; a rotatable copying roll 26 provided at the tip of the upper swing arm 20 so that the rotation center thereof is parallel with the axis center of the steel pipe 14, and making contact with the inner surface of the steel pipe 14; a cutting blade 30 provided at the tip of the lower swing arm 21 so that the rotation center thereof is parallel with the axis center of the steel pipe 14, and making contact with protrusions 13 of the end while rotating; and an interval adjuster 39 for setting a cutting thickness of the protrusions 13 by adjusting the interval between the upper and lower swing arms 20 and 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
