<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the separation between an outer bag and a lid when an airbag is inflated and deployed. <P>SOLUTION: This airbag device 20 includes: a lid panel member 11 including the lid 12 capable of splitting and opening and extension parts 14 projecting from the lid 12 or the outer periphery of the lid 12 and capable of being arranged along the inner surface of the lid 12; an inflator 22; the airbag 30; and the outer bag 40 that forms a bag shape having an outer-wall 40b for covering the outer periphery of the folded airbag 30 and a ceiling section 40c for covering the lid-side 12 section of the folded airbag 30 and covers the folded airbag 30 while being affixed to the inflator 22. The ceiling section 40c has a tear line 45 formed therein. The ceiling section 40c includes storage parts 60 capable of storing the extension parts 14 in an arrangement along the ceiling section 40c.
