<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an RFID tag operating on metal with flexibility without generating the decrease of a communication range due to the influence of an attachment object. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID tag includes: a conductor film 501; a film member; a dielectric sheet 503; an IC chip 504; and a slot antenna 505 or the like. The film member is tube-shaped or at least one piece of sheet-shaped film member, and a conductor film 501 is arranged in an area excluding a portion corresponding to a slot antenna on one side surface. Then, the dielectric sheet is substantially covered with the conductor film 501 excluding both ends of a Y axial direction.
