A sheet holder comprises a transparent plastics base 1, Fig. 1, surrounded by an integral frame 2, 2<SP>1</SP>, 2<SP>11</SP> provided along the frame portion 2 with grooves 10, Fig. 3, intersected by spaced apertures 8 through which project ears 4 of clamping wires 3 journalled in the grooves. The ears 4 clamp the sheet 7 against the base 1 when bent portions 5 are disposed below the base against which they are abutting by lugs 6. In a further embodiment the frame portion 2 is provided with a further groove 11, Fig. 4, which in conjunction with the groove 10 receives slidably a block 12 provided with a cover or ruler 15 and an extension 16 having a hole 9 serving as suspension means. In a final embodiment a pair of sheet holders may be articulated to one another by a pair of blocks 12 attached to one another by the extension 16, which is flexible so that the sheet holders may be superposed over one another in a manner of book covers. |
