The invention relates to paper making field, especially relates to a filter-paper for a filter bag, a filter bag for tea and bag tea. A filter-paper for a filter bag is made of pulp fibre for main body and heat seal fibre blended in papermaking, wherein the heat seal fibre is polylactic acid fibre which occupies 10%-45% of the total quality of all the fibre. The filter paper of the filter bag employs the polylactic acid fibre which is a kind of heat seal fibre with wider temperature range, has better suitability for the heat seal machine and features of completely natural recycling and biodegradability.
