<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus supporting a heterogeneous network-based data simultaneous transmission service is provided to set a data transmission rate varied by a network according to a transmission status classified by a network. CONSTITUTION: An identification information insertion unit(420) inserts identification information for data reception time interval measurement into more than two partial data among selected partial data corresponding to a specific connection network. A communication unit(440) transmits two or more partial data to a receiver through the specific connection network. A control unit(430) obtains transmission status information of the specific connection network generated based on at least one of the data transmission time interval and data reception time interval between the transmitted two partial data.
