PURPOSE: A hybrid nano-wire composed of crystalline carbon shell and calcium phosphate compound core and a synthesis method thereof are provided to concurrently manufacture core-shell of calcium phosphate compound - crystalline carbon shell in one process. CONSTITUTION: A synthesis method of hybrid nano-wire comprises the following steps: introducing calcium source material to inside a reactor; maintaining inner atmosphere of the reactor and providing carrier gas; increasing temperature of the reactor up to the resultant temperature; reacting the reaction gas of carbon and phosphorus source reaction gas with calcium source material by providing carbon and phosphorous source reaction gas to the reactor; and cooling the reactor down to the room temperature under carrier gas condition. The calcium source material includes calcium composition as a configuration element and works as a support body in which nano-wire grows. |
