PROTECTIVE PLATE FOR STREET TREE

PURPOSE: A street tree protection plate is provided to reduce the spill of soils with excellent water permeability; be strong towards oxidation or corrosion; and have beautiful appearance with eco-friendly properties. CONSTITUTION: A protection frame(10) is molded separately in multiple numbers and projections(11) are formed on the individual inner circumference surfaces. A protection cover(20) is mounted on projections and is molded by separating into multiple numbers to cover the circumference of a street tree. Multiple support holes(21) where the support fixture is installed which supports a street tree are formed on the protection cover and a protection sleeves(22) are installed by being buried in the respective support holes. A combining member(30) unites the protection frame which is separately molded and the protection cover by connecting. The protection frame and the protection cover are molded by the water permeable polyurethane concrete where an aggregate with the constant particle size respectively is adhered by the polyurethane binder. A buried sleeve(31) is installed by being buried to form a combining hole(H) on the contact surface with the protection frame which is molded separately or covered with the protection cover. A connection pin(32) is inserted into the combining hole. In the protection frame or the protection cover, one or more sets of the lattice type grid are installed by being buried. A groove(33) is formed on the outer side of the protection and the connection pin is inserted in the groove preventing protrusion. The polyurethane binder or a primer is applied on the surface of the grid. The primer is composed of a main material and a curing agent and the hardener comprises a polymer polyol filing material and additives. One or more of the materials is used as a filling material selected among alumina powder, stone dust and moisture absorbent. A chloroprene supper and solvent are mixed in a weight ratio of 1:1 as the additive. A curing agent is composed of a polyethylene polyphenylisocyanate.
