PURPOSE: A scouring pad manufacturing method enhancing the removability of foreign substances by manufacturing both a warp and a weft with film yarns is provided to enhance the removability of foreign substances by manufacturing both the warp and the weft with film yarns in order to make a rough texture be felt to the fullest, thereby facilitating manufacture of a scouring pad and increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: A scouring pad(100) is manufactured using a weft(102,103) and a warp(101) in a mesh fabric form in which a reticulation(105) connected by multiple chains is connected in every direction. A film yarn is used for both the weft and the warp. The warp using the film yarn makes a twist by hanging the warp to the needle of a raschel machine. After a first weft using the film yarn winds the warp placed at a reference position, the first weft winds an adjacent(left side) warp and winds a different adjacent(right side) warp again. A second weft using the film warn, proceeding on the contrary to the first weft, is manufactured as the shape of a chain formed by two warps wound more than one time by two wefts. The film yarn used for both the warp and the weft is one of a PET(Polyethylene), a base, a nylon, an OPP(Oriented Polypropylene), and a rainbow color film. The width of the film yarn is 0.2-1.5mm. The thickness of the film yarn is 12-50μm.
