PURPOSE: A vehicle protective fence with a shock-absorbing function is provided to have an improved stiffness and a shock-absorbing force, thereby minimizing damage during a vehicle collision and to quickly restore a vehicle to a normal driving direction. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle protective fence(F) having a shock-absorbing function includes a pillar(10), plural horizontal rails(20), a connection reinforcing member(30), a shock absorbing member(40). The pillar comprises a pillar body(11) and a pillar plate(12). The pillars are installed on a ground at predetermined interval. The horizontal rails are transversely installed at the front of the pillars. The horizontal rail comprises a supporting panel(21), a flange part(22), and a cover(23). The connection reinforcing member is installed between the supporting panel and the flange part. The shock absorbing member is installed between the pillar and the horizontal rail.
