<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength conversion member which accurately and easily adjusts the thickness of a phosphor layer and is excellent in heat radiation performance, which is combined with an LED element fitted in the wavelength conversion member to control the luminescent color and the luminance of a light emitting device and which improves the yield of the light emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: A wavelength conversion member includes: a pair of heat radiation translucent plates which are provided so as to face each other; a spacer disposed between the pair of heat radiation translucent plates; and a phosphor layer including a phosphor formed in a space closed by the pair of heat radiation translucent plates and the spacer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
