<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drawing device which can make a suction or discharge volume ultralow by selective suction or discharge, make drawing ultraprecise, and ensure microminiaturization of a device of a sucked fluid and which is excellent in drawing speed and high in productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid drawing device includes: a suction discharge means 11 for sucking or discharging the sucked fluid 10; a suction driving part 30 for sucking the sucked fluid 10 to the suction discharge means 11; a sucked part 20 for storing the sucked fluid 10; a discharge driving part 50 for discharging the sucked fluid 10 from the suction discharge means 11; a drawing part 60 for transferring the discharged sucked fluid 10 to a drawn medium 61; and a plurality of rollers 40 rotating in contact with the suction discharge means 11. The suction discharge means 11 is an endless belt member in which a plurality of suction discharge cells 12 having an opening and space communicating with the opening are arranged. Continuous treatment can be carried out in which the suction discharge means rotates by being bridged across the plurality of rollers 40 and the sucked fluid 10 is sucked in the sucked part 20 for each suction discharge cell 12 and then discharged in the drawing part 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
