<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control system and a semiconductor integrated circuit that prevent a backflow of current from a connected solar battery to a primary battery. <P>SOLUTION: In a first switch circuit 15 disposed between a primary battery 10 and a load 19, a comparator 25 compares a first voltage lower than an output voltage of the primary battery 10 by a first voltage level and a second voltage lower than a voltage of the load 19 by a second voltage level. If the second voltage is equal to or higher than the first voltage, an electrical connection between the primary battery 10 and the load 19 is interrupted. As for a second switch circuit 17, a similar operation is performed on a solar battery 13 and the load 19, so that the switch circuit is turned off before the voltage of the load 19 exceeds the output voltage of the primary battery 10 or the solar battery 13 to prevent battery damage from a backflow of current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
