<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional high-voltage transformer for laser oscillator housing cooling oil, when receiving vibration, causes rippling oil to have bubbles remaining in a transformer component or a structure, thus degrading insulation performance. <P>SOLUTION: By disposing an inner lid composed of an insulator with small holes at a position slightly lower than an oil level of cooling oil in a high-voltage transformer, rippling of the cooling oil is suppressed to prevent generation of bubbles and leakage from a packing. By forming warpage of at least 1 mm on the warpage, even if bubbles occur at the lower part of the inner lid, the bubbles settle at the surface of the inner lid and hence can be discharged along a formed inclination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
