<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of possible discrepancy in the communication of intention when different persons are located on an electric product side of an operation target and a remote operation side, because in the prior art of remote operation, different screens are referred to and different item names are displayed, when remote operation is performed while both persons communicate using telephone and chatting. <P>SOLUTION: A remote operation system includes a function of generating on the remote operation side an operation screen of common format, having operation item names coincident with the names of the electronic apparatus of a remote operation target. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
