<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pot capable of shortening the steaming time (saving power) for removing chlorine as much as possible without deteriorating a chlorine removing function in reboiling control when replenishing water. <P>SOLUTION: In the electric pot capable of avoiding excessive heating after boiling by using a boiling point stored in a boiling temperature storing means in boiling determination in the time of the next reboiling, a water supply boiling control means returns a hot insulation step after a predetermined continuous heating time lapses from a time point when the boiling determining means determines boiling, the temperature of the water determined to be boiling by the boiling determining means is lower than 100°C by a predetermined temperature, a steam releasing time at the time of steam releasing control by the water supply boiling control means is set shorter than the steam releasing time in the steam releasing control at the time of usual hot water boiling where boiling water is performed from a water condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
