<p>Disclosed are a gantry bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimer and an adjusting method and an adjusting device for a balance wheel thereof. The stacker-reclaimer comprises: a balance wheel (41), a first cylinder (21), a second cylinder (22), a first lifting rope (31), a second lifting rope (32), a limit striker (8), a first position sensor (71), a second position sensor (72) and a controller. The adjusting method comprises: detecting the deflection angle of the balance wheel (41) while a movable beam of the gantry bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimer is being raised; changing the rotating speed of a motor which drives the lifting ropes connected to the balance wheel when the deflection angle of the balance wheel (41) exceeds a predetermined angle, so as to reduce the deflection angle. The adjusting method and the adjusting device for the balance wheel can ensure that the balance wheel does not become stuck, so extending the service life of the lifting ropes and reducing the input of manual labour and power.</p> |
