An error correction, angular speed detection and mouse control method and device, and a spatial mouse. The error correction method includes: detecting the output voltage of a gyroscope when static; determining an installation angle error of the gyroscope based on the triangle function relationship between the reference voltage of the gyroscope and the output voltage of the gyroscope detected when static; detecting the output voltage of the gyroscope when moving; and adjusting the output voltage of the gyroscope detected when moving based on the installation angle error of the gyroscope. The technical solution in the present invention can conveniently correct the output voltage of the gyroscope when moving using the detected installation angle error, and thus can detect the angular speed of the gyroscope correctly, simply and rapidly.
