The blocking object (1) is provided in the form of an elastic unperforated or perforated strip, where material, dimensions, shapes and output profiles (3) of a longitudinal section or transverse output profile of the blocking object are selected such that blocking object is held on the location of an underground passage of soil agitator. The blocking object is placed to block the underground passage. An independent claim is included for a tool for the preparation of a blocking object in underground passage.
