PURPOSE: A lithium transition metal phosphate nanoparticle, dispersion solution, a thin film, a lithium secondary battery using thereof and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture lithium transition metal phosphorus oxide dispersion solution having an excellent dispersibility by microbead milling lithium transition metal phosphorus oxide powder. CONSTITUTION: A lithium transition metal phosphorus oxide nano particle dispersion solution comprises lithium transition metal phosphorus oxide nano particles which are uniformly dispersed within a solvent. The lithium transition metal phosphorus oxide is LiMPO4. M is at least one selected from Fe, Co, and Mn and Ni. The lithium transition metal phosphorus oxide nano particle has particle size of 5-200nm. The lithium transition metal phosphorus oxide nano particle has an olivine crystalline structure. The lithium transition metal phosphorus oxide nano particle content amount is 0.5-20 weight% compare to whole dispersion solution. |
