<p>Disclosed is an automatic head-changing screw driver comprising a bit (5) and a rod structure, with the bit pivotally connected with the rod structure; the bit (5) can be rotated on the rod structure under the action of the rod structure so as to change the head without the need for direct contact of a human hand. The rod structure comprises a handle (1), a shaft rod (3) and a shaft sleeve (4), with both ends of the bit (5) being respectively of a bit specification. The bit (5) is pivotally connected with the shaft rod (3) and the shaft rod (3) is fixedly connected with the handle (1); and the shaft sleeve (4) is sheathed on the shaft rod (3) and is connected with the shaft rod (3) in a sliding manner, by means of which, when the shaft sleeve (4) slides out, the bit (5) is brought into rotation within the shaft rod (3) thereby changing the head. A deep groove (33) is provided in the front end of the shaft rod (3) and the bit (5) is mounted within the deep groove (33). A guide groove (31) is provided in the middle part of the shaft rod (3) and the shaft sleeve (4) is connected to the guide groove (31) via a connecting piece inserted into the guide groove (31). A guiding pad (7) is fixedly connected to the shaft sleeve (4) at a side corresponding to the deep groove (33) of the shaft rod; a gain (41) is also provided on the shaft sleeve (4) with the gain (41) located in the middle part of the shaft sleeve (4); and an elastomer (6) is also connected to the shaft sleeve (4) with the elastomer (6) capable of moving in the gain (41).
