PURPOSE: An electronic election information guide device is provided to guide a screen page including basic information and patronage information of each candidate in an electronic candidate information providing panel. CONSTITUTION: An electronic candidate information providing panel displays basic information of the whole candidates on a plurality of screen areas. A control unit(230) controls output of image information and voice information of a candidate in response to a screen page setting button(28) and a voice reproduction button(24). A screen page setting unit sets up the image information of an image database(232) as the plurality of screen areas. A voice processing unit processes the voice information of a voice data memory(234).
