PURPOSE: A controlling method of the brake pedal position In the auto cruise control mode is provided to store the desired height of a brake pedal in the memory unit of IMS in the auto cruise control mode in advance and to allow the height of brake pedal which is stored at the memory unit to be changed. CONSTITUTION: A controlling method of the brake pedal position in the auto cruise control mode comprises: a step of setting the height of a brake pedal by controlling the height of the brake pedal(120) ; a step of detecting the height of the predetermined brake pedal by a sensor part(101) ; and a step of storing the detected height of the predetermined brake pedal in a memory(102). The step of transmitting a storage request signal of the height of the prescribed brake pedal by input devices connected with IMS.
