<p>PURPOSE: A method for predicting or diagnosing colon cancer, thyroid cancer, breast cancer, or renal cancer using APOC1, NSE, and HIG2 markers is provided to collect a sample from blood and to accurately diagnose cancer. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing or predicting colon cancer, thyroid cancer, breast cancer, or renal cancer using APOC1, NSE, and HIG2 markers comprises: a step of measuring a gene or protein expression of APOC1(Apolipoprotein C1), NSE(Neuron-specific enolase), and HIG2(Hypoxiainducible gene 2) from a sample of a patient who is suspected to have cancer; and a step of determining thyroid cancer, breast cancer, or renal cancer when the gene or protein expression level of APOC1, NSE, and HIG2 is higher than the level of a normal sample.</p> |
